Checkout at Noircultwear runs through PayPal, so you can pay the way you already trust, with or without a PayPal account. Here is everything you need to know before you place an order.

Ways to pay

All payments are processed securely by PayPal. Through PayPal you can pay with:

• Your PayPal balance
• A bank account linked to your PayPal account
• Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit and debit cards through PayPal's guest checkout, with no PayPal account required

Currency, taxes and shipping

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Standard Shipping is free on orders over $75; see our Shipping Policy for details.

When your order is processed

We begin processing your order only after your payment has been confirmed. Some payments may go through an additional verification step by PayPal or by us before they are approved.

Keeping your payment safe

• Our site is served over an encrypted SSL connection.
• Payments are handled on PayPal's secure checkout. We never store your full card details.
• To protect our customers, we may cancel, hold or decline any order that appears fraudulent, and we may ask for additional verification before shipping.

Refunds

Approved refunds are always returned to your original payment method. Timing and conditions are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If your payment doesn't go through

1. Check that your billing details, card number, expiration date and security code are entered correctly.
2. Make sure your PayPal account or card has enough available funds and is active.
3. Contact your bank or card issuer, as they sometimes block online payments as a precaution.
4. Still stuck? Email us at [email protected] and we'll help you complete your order.
