We want every Noircultwear piece to earn its place in your rotation. If something doesn't fit or simply isn't for you, you can send it back within 30 days, and return shipping is on us.

What can be returned

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be:

• Unused, unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached

We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email. Every return must be approved by our support team before you send it; items sent back without approval may be refused.

What cannot be returned

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Gift cards
• Digital products
• Personal care or hygiene products
• Final sale or clearance items (if any)
• Perishable goods

How to send something back

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. Wait for approval. Our team replies within 1–2 business days.
3. Get your label. Once approved, you receive return instructions and a free prepaid return label.
4. Ship the item using that label. Keep your drop-off receipt until your refund arrives.
5. We inspect the returned item when it reaches us.
6. We refund you to your original payment method.

Refund timing

After we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 2–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may need additional time before the credit shows on your statement. We email you once the refund is issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless required by law or the return is the result of our error.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or a different design, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the piece you want. Our Size Guide can help you pick the right fit.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos. We will send a replacement, issue a refund or offer another suitable solution, at no cost to you.

If your package seems lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Canceling before shipment

Orders can be canceled only before they enter processing or shipment. Email us as soon as possible with your order number; approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method. There is no cancellation fee.

Scope of this policy

Noircultwear sells and ships only within the United States, so this policy applies to orders delivered to US addresses. Refunds are always returned to the original payment method.
